Slim Pickens

This Sunday night we join the Minnesota Vikings and the Dallas Cowboys in what seems to be a lopsided bout. The Minnesota Vikings season will not be continued in the playoffs, so they are looking to add onto their momentum from last week and get another win. While, the Dallas Cowboys have made things interesting in the NFC East and are looking to catch up to a fading Philadelphia team.

Coming off a loss in Detroit, Dallas is looking to find their way back to the magic they had cooking after the trade deadline and keep the playoffs in sight. With arguably the best offense in the league when executing properly, the Cowboys have made themselves into a dangerous team after taking down some major contenders. The question is if the defense can get back to form, cause disruption in the pass game and shutting down the run. Luckily for them, the Minnesota Vikings offense has been extremely inconsistent and vulnerable to any above average defense.

While not the most sought after matchup for a Sunday night slot, this game could end up being something to watch depending on what version of Dallas’ defense shows up or what version of J.J McCarthy shows up.
